The need for more skilled and talented workforce in rail has not abated and that’s why NSAR and legal firm Stephenson Harwood hosted a roundtable to discuss Routes into Rail last week.
Industry clients, ministers and leading suppliers met to discuss and commit to supporting a platform to attract high quality and diverse talent for the future.
Hosted by Andrew Jones  MP (Rail Minister) and chaired by Andrew Haines (Network Rail CEO) alongside Allan Cook (HS2, Chairman), speared headed by Shamit Gaiger (NSAR, Director of Strategy), delegates provided insightful views and methods on how best to achieve this collective goal.
With thanks to industry pioneers John Cox & Steve Cocliff (Volker , Managing Directors), Andy Joy (Amey Rail, Sector Director), Mary Grant (Porterbrook, Chief Executive), HS2 and Network Rail for supporting the scheme!
