Congratulations to HS2 on confirming it’s 650th apprentice to play a part in the delivery of Britain’s new low carbon railway. HS2 has committed to creating 2,000 apprenticeships during the life span of the project.
The achievement comes on the one-year anniversary of the Government’s Plan for Jobs. Welcoming the landmark moment, HS2 Minister Andrew Stephenson MP said: “Reaching the 650 apprenticeships milestone at this stage of the project shows HS2’s firm commitment to create a lasting skills legacy.
