What our staff say...

Dean Hingley
External Quality Assurance Manager

“I joined the NSAR team in April 2019, as an External Quality Assurance Manager (EQA) working in the Rail and Logistics sectors. The EQA Managers role has been equally challenging and rewarding. The support offered by trusted colleagues has been excellent throughout. Working with NSAR has also afforded me exposure to a variety of project work, and client support initiatives, affording stretch and challenge in a supportive environment. Working with NSAR is never static.”

Matt
Digital Analyst

“I really appreciate the flexibility NSAR gave me during my apprenticeship, so I could focus on my studies. Now I have completed my apprenticeship it’s great being able to put what I have learnt at university into practice in my work. I feel like I can provide the team with a unique skill set.”

Santi
Sales Executive Apprentice

“I had never worked in an office before, but NSAR was really accommodating and made the transition easy. Everyone is very supportive – there are lots of people I can reach out to and ask questions of. My favourite part of the role has been working with my team, who have been very welcoming."

NSAR is a Living Wage employer

NSAR is proud to be an accredited Living Wage employer. The real living wage is calculated according to the costs of living.

It provides a voluntary benchmark for employers that want to ensure their staff earn a wage they can live on, not just the government minimum.
